If it's daylight - We'll Inspect!!

The introduction of new regulations and the Home Information Pack (HIP) will mean improved services for buyers, sellers and eventually rental tenants. Our service is tailored to assist in delivering these important benefits to our local partners and includes:-

• A product of quality. Reports are written using clear language with every day words and phrases. Reports are thorough, detailed, informative and an accurate representation of the current condition of properties
• The knowledge that the personal touch is extremely important when dealing with people selling their main financial asset. Home Sweet Home Inspections are a customer friendly practice and time will be taken to discuss any aspect of a report in detail with our clients
• We also understand that we need to fit around your lifestyle. As a result we offer our inspections at a time and date to suit you, providing it is during daylight hours (we need to see what we're inspecting!). Subject to those daylight hours, during the summer months, an inspection could quite conceivably be anytime between 4am and approximately 9pm! We are also available during weekends and Bank Holidays (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day).
